During the whole project, four transnational partner meetings are organised to ensure the achievement of the objectives on a high-quality level, within time and budget.

The Final Conference is organised in Italy at the end of the project with the aim of disseminating the project’s results and to obtain a feedback from the key stakeholders on the activities and outputs produced.

Transnational Partners Meeting #1

Online kick-off meeting led by D.A.F.N.E., lead partner, March 2024

Introduction of the partners, discussion on the main steps and tasks, project management, financial rules and final budget distribution, Quality Management and Dissemination/Communication strategies reporting, design and structure of the project’s website and other tools of dissemination.

Transnational Partners Meeting #2

Second meeting in Skopje led by A.B.A.T. BALKANIA

June 2024, Macedonia

The selection criteria and framework for identifying and gathering appropriate best practices will be approved, allowing the creation of the IO1 (Compendium of best practices in Accessibility and Inclusive Tourism in Protected Nature areas). Additionally, IO2 (Accessible and Inclusive Tourism in Nature Areas Training Toolkit) design and implementation timelines and processes will be specified.

Transnational Partners Meeting #3

Third meeting in Madrid led by KOAN Consulting

February 2025, Spain

Assessment of the IO2 (Accessible and Inclusive Tourism in Nature Areas Training Toolkit),advantages and disadvantages’ check, and, if necessary, decisions on how to modify it to better fit the target audiences. Additionally, the dates and methods for setting up the two brief pilot training sessions in Macedonia and Italy will be specified.

Transnational Partners Meeting #4 and Final Multiplier Event

Final blended conference in Genoa led by D.A.F.N.E.

June 2025, Italy

Evaluation of the outcomes of the completed activities,duties for the final reporting; actions and measures to guarantee the medium- and long-term exploitation of project results. Implementation of a final international conference for results’ dissemination.
